“A new residential community opened its doors in Grand Rapids.

The Townhomes of Breton Village residential community project offers a two-building, nine-unit complex on 0.54 acres at 2517 Inverness Road SE in Grand Rapids.

Homeowners are offered customizable options to their units, with an approximate home price point in the low $300,000s. It has been a while since we’ve posted an update on The Townhomes of Breton Village, but that’s not because of a lack of activity! As you can see the exterior is nearing completion on the East Building. That building is also starting to get drywall and you now new start to see it take shape. Siding is starting to be installed on the West Building. Inside drywall is starting to go up. Lights have not been installed yet so we couldn’t get good photos of every room but as you can see the vast majority of the space in these condos will be filled with natural light!
