There’s been lots of progress in the last 3-4 weeks. Both buildings are moving along quickly but it’s the East building that’s in the lead. With the roof on, windows in and siding started the exterior of the East building will be done very soon. Soon drywall will be in and before you know it these condos will be off the market. The West building is not far behind the East building with the roof deck on and ready for shingles. Windows will be installed in the coming days with siding not far behind.
